Recommendations for elasticsearch monitoring?

Are there any elasticsearch or kibana plugins you recommend for monitoring the elasticsearch cluster? elastic has marvel, but it looks like that is not compatible with elasticsearch 1.4.4.

I personally really like both the HQ plugin: http://www.elastichq.org/ and the Head plugin: https://mobz.github.io/elasticsearch-head/

HQ I found very useful when it came to tuning things like filter caching.
