I encounter a problem now and want some help. I use Data Release 24 to do my research but the Data Release has been updated to 25. I find some data has changed. Does ICGC have a old version of website for me to keep searching and analyzing data of release 24 online? Just like Ensembl browser?

With every new data release, the data portal is updated with new submitter data. The search API powering this data portal then serves the new release.
If you would like access to data from previous releases you can look through the data of the previous releases here: https://dcc.icgc.org/releases . They are made available as archives that you can download.
