Hello ICGC discuss community!
How can I download metadata for all projects in a given release (project name, sample sizes for each cancer type and data layers), as well as file sizes for the processed, publicly available data?
e.g. a table listing all the projects, sample sizes for different publicly-accessible data layers (processed RNAseq, arrays, DNA methylation etc., measures).
Separate table with file sizes for all projects, like the page shown here: https://dcc.icgc.org/releases/current/Projects/ALL-US
