API Client Libraries?

Does anyone know of / have any client libraries for the ICGC API, preferably in python or R? I want to check before getting started on one.

Hi Jaclyn,

Off hand I can’t say that we know of any specific libraries. However I can confirm that our analytics have reported in the past users scripting with R and Python against our API.

My recommendation is to take a look at public code repositories for any implementations.
